Pear-Bircher Overnight Oats
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 ripe pear, grated
- ½ cup yogurt (plain or Greek)
- ½ cup milk (dairy or plant)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger
- 2 tbsp raisins or dried fruit
- 2 tbsp nuts or seeds (e.g. almonds, walnuts, chia)
- Optional: honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions

Grate pear into a jar or bowl.

Add oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla, spices, raisins, and nuts. Stir well to combine.

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).

In the morning, stir and add toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter, or extra seeds.
Variations & Tips
Use apple instead of pear for classic muesli-style.
Make it vegan by using plant milk and coconut yogurt.Up the protein with a scoop of protein powder or a dollop of nut butter.
Pack in jars for easy breakfast-on-the-go.
